Aloha Nani?

When you think of the greatest love story, you may be reminded of Romeo and Juliet, your own love story, or perhaps a recent movie you have seen. I want to tell you what I believe to be the greatest love story. It is found in the Bible, and it involves God, Jesus Christ, and you.

In Hawaiian, the phrase “Aloha Nani” means “Beautiful Love”. I want you to know that God’s love for you is the most beautiful truth you could ever come to know. Please take a few minutes to watch this powerful, short video that explains God’s amazing love for you.

Summary:

  1. All of us have sinned. Romans 3:23, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;”
  2. Our sin separates us from God for eternity. Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death…”
  3. God loves you. John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
  4. Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sin. Romans 5:8, “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
  5. Believe and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior. Romans 10:9-10, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Today can be the day you accept God’s beautiful love into your life. Just pray to Him and confess that you are a sinner. Ask Him to forgive you of your sins, and turn to Him alone to be your Savior. He promises to save you and give you the free gift of eternal life.
